All payments are processed by Eventbrite, where you found the tickets. They accept all form of payments, including but not limited to: AX, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and a few more.

? All tickets can be purchased both online and through paypal. You must contact the host if you want to use Paypal processing.

All fees are added by Eventbrite for their credit card processing and host fees. They average ~ $3.50 (these fees goes to Eventbrite directly).

Once you purchase the ticket, you get a confirmation by email. Also, you can download the App and your ticket will appear on your phone with the QR barcode. The host also downloads all attendees at the night of the event.

You will get a voucher for your event that you can use for any future events of your choice. Just inform the host in advance so they can add your name to the list of the chosen mixer.

All tickets are digital version so it can NEVER be stolen or lost.

You just need to mention your name and also show your QR code on your ticket. That should be sufficient

As long as you reach out to us the day of the event letting us know the reasons of your no show, we will send you a voucher to be used for upcoming mixer. If you fail to show up without advance warning, you lose your ticket.

No worries, we always download the list of attendees directly from Eventbrite so we track all participants. It is possible that your email may have bounced or sent to Junk mail. You should also verify it there.

All events starts around 630pm for registration and we debut at 7pm with our famous Ice Breakers and then the actual Matching Game.

Most of our events are held on Sunday, so parking is usually free, but not always easy to find. Must show up in advance to avoid driving for hours to find desired parking.

The age is based on the theme we are having for the event. We do not ask for ID but we hope everyone will abide by the age requirements of the event.

All tickets are transferrable to a friend or acquaintance. If you are the buyer but can’t attend the event, you are allowed to give the ticket to someone of the same gender, so we make sure to get an equal number of men and women for the event. Let us know by email the change of circumstances related to your registration.

If you do not show up without prior warning, you lose your tickets and will be removed from our weekly newsletter. We are providing a platform that supposes to be safe and clean for all attendees. If we receive complaints about anyone, they will no longer be able to attend our events. Stalking or any unacceptable behavior of that sort is also frowned upon. We hope everyone will show respect to others during the event.

If you are signed up for the event, we constantly keep in touch with all our attendees about the event and also let them know if there is any change of venues (which can happen as well) If you intend to show up and pay at the door, we have no way to reach out to you if the event is postponed, or any change of venue that may occur. We always recommend purchasing tickets through Eventbrite to be kept updated about the mixer.
